When it comes to health kicks we can sometimes bite off more than we can chew. Failure to meet the high-bar goals we set for ourselves can result in us abandoning ship altogether. This is precisely what not to do when it comes to your wellness! No matter how small the action a positive step is still a step in the right direction. So, don’t be too hard on yourself.
