This meditation is helpful when you are worried, upset or if you feel like screaming. When you’re feeling out of focus or emotional then bringing balance to your body’s water balance and breath rate can help.

“Pulling the shoulders up to the ears and tightly locking the entire upper area creates a solid brake that can be applied to the four sides of the brain. After a few minutes, thoughts will be there, but you may not feel them.”

It’s good to drink a glass of water before or after practicing this meditation.
